-  Toxic Megacolon

-  Diverticulitis: usually LLQ

-  Phlegmon

-  Impacted faeces

-  Cholecytitis

-  Volvulus

-  Bowel obstruction

-  Pyloric Stenosis: firm palpable olive shaped mass usually between liver edge & umbilicus in infants

-  AAA (pulsatile)

-  Neuroblastoma

-  Gynae

-  Ovarian cyst

-  Fibroids
