-  Division of cubital tunnel (ligament of Struthers +/- other sites of ulnar nerve compression) to release pressure on ulnar nerve & relieve cubital tunnel syndrome

Equipment

Procedure

-  Tourniquet

-  Division of ligament of Struthers

-  Passive flexion of arm

-  Observation for subluxation of ulnar nerve

-  If ulnar nerve does not subluxate then left in place

-  If ulner nerve subluxes then is transposed into cubital fossa

Follow Up

-  +/- Nerve Conduction Studies to document improvement

-  Consideration of nerve transposition (if not already done) if S/S persist
