-  Each question ranked 1-5 (none to all of the time)

-  Scores from 1 (nil distress) to 50 (severe distress)

-  1/4 risk of general population for anxiety or depressive disorder

-  78% population

-  16-30

-  x3 population risk of anxiety or depressive disorder

-  1% chance of suicide attempt in lifetime

-  20% population

-  Recommended to seek help/self help

-  30-50

-   75% chance of anxiety or depressive disorder

-  6% chance of suicide attempt in lifetime

-  2% population
