-  Vaginal bleeding at any time other than during normal menstruation or following intercourse in a non pregnant womam

-  Post Coital (PCB)

-  Vaginal bleeding after intercourse

-  Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID)

-  Post Menopausal (PMB)

-  During Pregnancy

-  Early Pregnancy

-  Threatened Miscarriage

-  Antepartum Haemorrhage (APH)

-  Post Partum Haemorrhage (PPH)

-  Post Partum Infection (Endometritis, RPOC)



-  Persistant IMB require Pap smear, TV US + referral to Gynae

-  PCB cardinal sign of cervical cancer, need Pap smear

-  Recurrent requires referral for colposcopy even if normal Pap



-  Haematuria

-  Haematochezia
